Terms & Conditions for tgbat Players

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tgbat (hereinafter referred to as "tgbat", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). The Terms govern all aspects of your use of the tgbat website, mobile interface, and any related services, features, or content made available through the tgbat platform.

By completing the tgbat account registration process, by clicking any confirmation checkbox during registration, or by continuing to access and use the tgbat platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content.
• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You are accessing the tgbat platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any restriction — legal, regulatory, or otherwise — that would prevent you from using online betting or casino services.
• All information you have provided to tgbat during registration is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

tgbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, tgbat will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. However, it remains the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Continued use of the tgbat platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms — or to any subsequent amendment — you must discontinue your use of the tgbat platform immediately. Any account balance remaining at the time of discontinuation will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures outlined in Section 4 of these Terms, subject to all applicable verification requirements having been met.

To access the full range of tgbat services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a tgbat account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one tgbat account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where tgbat identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus credits voided. tgbat reserves the right to exercise its discretion in determining how detected duplicate accounts are handled.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. tgbat strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) features on your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any third party to access or use your tgbat account on your behalf.

tgbat is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the tgbat support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be applied.

You agree to notify tgbat promptly if any of the personal information associated with your account changes — including your residential address, phone number, or email address. tgbat may require verification of updated information before processing withdrawals or making other account changes.

All bets and game stakes placed on the tgbat platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the details — including the selection, odds, stake amount, and market type — of every bet before confirming it. tgbat will not void or amend a bet on the grounds that it was placed in error by the Player, except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

Sports Betting Rules

tgbat sports betting markets are governed by the following general rules. Specific sport-by-sport rules may be published separately on the relevant section of the platform and, where applicable, shall take precedence over these general rules:

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet is recorded. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time; the confirmed odds are those displayed at the moment your bet is accepted by the system.
• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the relevant result or market outcome is determined, affected bets will be settled in accordance with tgbat's sport-specific void and abandonment rules.
• tgbat reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a palpable error (a clearly incorrect price materially different from the fair market price at the time of placement).
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout caps apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface at the time of bet placement.
• Any bet identified as having been placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or the artificial manipulation of results will be voided and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities.

Casino and Live Dealer Rules

All casino games available on the tgbat platform — including slot titles, live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming and other studio partners, and Color Prediction games — are governed by the specific rules of each game as published by the game provider. tgbat presents these games as an interface and is not responsible for the rules, RTP (Return to Player), or mathematical models of individual game titles; those are determined solely by the respective game provider.

• In the unlikely event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally, the affected round may be voided and any stake refunded to your account balance at tgbat's discretion.
• Players must not use any automated software, script, bot, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with tgbat's casino or betting platform. The use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Winnings generated from casino games are credited to your tgbat account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game round.

tgbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. In most cases tgbat will provide notice of suspension or closure, however there are circumstances — particularly where fraud, security, or legal obligations are involved — in which an account may be suspended without prior notice.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

tgbat may suspend or close an account where any of the following apply:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• The account has been used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The account holder has opened duplicate or multiple accounts in breach of Section 3 of these Terms.
• The account holder has abused a bonus or promotion in breach of Section 6 of these Terms.
• The account holder has used automated tools, bots, or scripts in breach of Section 5 of these Terms.
• The account holder has been involved in match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity designed to unfairly influence the outcome of a bet or game.
• The account holder has made a chargeback or payment reversal dispute without first raising the matter with tgbat support.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under tgbat's Responsible Gaming framework.
• tgbat is required to close the account by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Effect of Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud, criminal activity, or serious Terms breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Where an account is closed due to fraud, Terms abuse, or criminal activity, tgbat reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation, and in some cases to permanently forfeit balances where they are found to have arisen from prohibited conduct.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their tgbat account voluntarily — for any reason — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within two business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing times, subject to all applicable wagering and KYC requirements having been satisfied.
